GadgetsBD.com is a modern eCommerce website built to sell technology gadgets and accessories online in Bangladesh. The goal of this project was to create a fast, lightweight, and highly customizable WooCommerce store that provides a smooth shopping experience while maintaining excellent performance and flexibility for site administrators.
The website is powered by my custom-built Halka Lightweight WordPress Theme, designed specifically for performance, modular sections, and easy customization through the WordPress Customizer.
The homepage is built with multiple modular sections that can be fully controlled through the WordPress Customizer without touching code.
The homepage includes several dynamic sections:
Hero Section / Hero Slider for featured products or promotional content
Product Categories Section to highlight key product groups
Products Section displaying featured and latest products from WooCommerce
Brand Story / About Section introducing the store and brand vision
Services / Custom Content Section for store benefits or policies
Counter / Statistics Section showing store achievements or metrics
Customer Testimonial Section to build trust and credibility
Blog Section for latest articles and tech news
Newsletter Section for collecting email subscribers
All sections are fully customizable via the WordPress Customizer, allowing administrators to easily update content, images, and layout settings.
